I'm 53 and my life is ruined by procrastinating and being in the comfort zone. How do I stop all that and improve myself?

MAKE A DECISION.

I'm not your age and I don't know your situation.

But I can tell you this:

You've come to a tipping point where staying inside of your comfort zone hurts more than actually stepping out of it.

There are invisible handcuffs around your wrists.

You're 53 and want to improve yourself while stretching your comfort zone. Luckily, your experience isn't totally wasted. Your life is not ruined.

The founder of KFC was 65 when he started his company.

You’re 53 and have different treasures that many don’t ever discover, because they never make the decision to.

If you decide to waste your time or improve yourself, that’s your free decision.

You are the only one in control and nobody is coming for help.

Until you help yourself — then others will also help you.

It sounds depressing, but once you're aware of it — and I mean TRULY aware — you'll get power from within.

Don't let your body command you anymore and take control of your own life.

You decide.
